Our studio is open 9am – 2pm Tuesday – Saturday each week.

Note that Saturday sessions incur an additional $50 fee.

Once you have booked your preferred session type, we will contact you via email with all the information that you need to know. You will have the opportunity to select from our range of backdrops, which we are always happy to customise to your preferences.

Our sessions range in duration from 30-minutes to 3 hours, depending on the package you choose. Our sessions are relaxed and comfortable, with our photographers will providing direction to capture a range of posed and candid images. We encourage our clients to have fun and enjoy the experience.

We will edit and deliver your images via secure online gallery and in print, according to the package you have chosen. Please refer to your session details for detailed delivery timeframes.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the balance of funds payable on the day. EFTPOS facilities and direct debit plans are available.

Sickness and Rescheduling Policy

As we work with pregnant women and newborn babies, we adhere to a strict Sickness and Rescheduling Policy.

If you or your little one becomes unwell in the days leading up to the session, please let us know so that we can reschedule – even if it is last minute. Likewise, if our staff become unwell, we will let you know. We reserve the right to refuse your photo session, should you or your family present to our studio visibly unwell.

Rescheduling fees will not be applied in the instance of sickness, where notice is given.

In the case of rescheduling a cake smash session, your Cupcake Patisserie cake will store well in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
